The person who shows up is the person you hired.
Rick Solution Corporation is a small residential painting and remodeling company based in Delray Beach. Rick runs every job himself — you meet him at the estimate and he is there while the work gets done.
Twenty years of the same work
Rick has spent over twenty years painting and remodeling homes. The company is small on purpose: same crew, same truck, every day. There are no subcontractors you have never met walking through your house, and no office in between you and the person holding the brush.
How a job actually goes
You call or text. Rick sets up a time to come look at the space, usually within a few days. He gives you a firm number in writing, with labor and materials priced separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for. If you go ahead, you pay half before the work starts and the balance the day it is finished. If something comes up mid-job, you hear about it and approve it before anything changes.
Condos, HOAs and associations
A lot of our work is inside condo and HOA communities around Delray and Boca. That means working inside the building's hours, keeping the common areas clean, and dealing with approved color lists and paperwork without making it your problem.
English, Spanish and Portuguese
Rick speaks all three. In this part of Florida that matters more than it should have to.
